Due to an overwhelming response of new patient intakes, we currently have no estimate of wait times. You will be contacted by a member of our team as soon as your application has been processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to ensure safe and appropriate patient attachment to our clinic.

From Monday, November 10th through Friday, January 2nd, our clinic’s phones will turn off at 4:00 PM, and our closing times may vary daily due to staff holidays.
During this time, we recommend calling ahead before coming to the clinic if you do not have an appointment booked.
